Key Responsibilities:

Lead Admissions Planning and Enrolment Performance

  • Lead the annual Admissions planning process within the school to support agreed enrolment growth targets within the local competitive environment.
  • Support the annual enrolment target and fee-setting process by providing admissions data, trends, and pipeline analysis.
  • Drive high-quality lead-to-enrolment conversion by managing admissions activities across all lead sources (on/offline, owned/paid etc.), delivering on targets.
  • Monitor admissions performance through regular data analysis, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective use of materials and channels in line with regional marketing and brand guidelines.

Drive Student Recruitment and Conversion

  • Think creatively to deliver on ambitious targets, using evidence-based and aligned approaches that reflect local market conditions.
  • Actively manage student recruitment efforts across an international team of professionals.
  • Attend and represent the school at student recruitment, admissions and outreach events as required (incl. international travel).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current parents and students, acting as a key point of contact throughout the admissions journey.
  • Work closely with school leadership and relevant teams to ensure admissions activity informs annual planning and forecasting.
  • Develop effective internal relationships with academic and operational staff to support timely decision-making and smooth onboarding of new students.
  • Develop and drive a broader student recruitment network across Hanoi and beyond.

 Ensure Professional and Systematic Admissions Operations

  • Ensure all admissions activities follow ISP admissions policies and procedures, including accurate delivery of documentation and parent contracts.
  • Manage the end-to-end admissions process to ensure efficiency, customer-centricity and conversion-orientation, making enrolment as seamless as possible for families.
  • Oversee the effective use of the CRM system, ensuring accurate data capture, timely follow-up, and strong pipeline management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely KPI and admissions reporting for school leadership, regional and central teams.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity and compliance in all admissions records and reporting.

Qualification:

  • Educated to Degree/Master level.
  • Qualification in a business-related field or have relevant experience in delivering on sales objectives in a high-paced environment.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience in similar capacity.
  • Prior experience in Education industry is an advantage.

Language:

  • Good command of the English language and Vietnamese, written and oral.
